Occasionally we find a textbook that is beautifully clear in its presentation but is not generally available for purchase. Concepts and Challenges in Life Science is just such a book. It takes what we usually consider difficult information and presents it in bite-size pieces with simple explanations that even pre-schoolers and science-intimidated moms can understand. We use it as the foundation for Year Two Biology. This book deals with life sciences without an agenda promoting evolution or environmentalism. Now that it is available for purchase directly from us, we are excited to be able to provide the reading outlines to match our curriculum units. The sections are labeled LS.
